Driven by a profound interest in the science of aging, I founded Through Life Health & Performance to translate cutting-edge research into practical strategies for achieving peak performance and lifelong well-being. Years of investigating the mechanisms of healthy aging, combined with my athletic and military experience, have solidified my conviction that personalized, data-driven plans are crucial for sustainable results, especially for older adults. My experience as a certified personal trainer and nutritionist to further my understanding provides a strong foundation for this evidence-based approach. Through Life provides customized data analysis to understand and predict current and future exercise requirements, offering full support through consultation, training program development and delivery, and measured outcomes. Understanding the challenges of integrating healthy habits into demanding lives, I'm dedicated to creating realistic ‘roadmaps for life’ that align with individual biology, goals, and lifestyles.
